Meet Janice Wilson - Managing Director & Principal Engineer
It’s not often you find a water and wastewater engineer and project manager with considerable experience in both operations and maintenance. Add to that a quick-witted extrovert who cuts right to the chase when it comes to practical operations focused advice and solutions, and that’s what makes Janice different.
After 20 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery and the utilities sector, paired with a Masters of Applied Science, Bachelor of Engineering, Professional Certificate in Asset Management and Certificate III in Water Industry Treatment, Drinking Water, Wastewater and Recycled Water, she couldn’t resist the challenge of starting her own business - Double Black Diamond Solutions.
“Growing up on a dairy farm in rural Québec, Canada with a commercial maple syrup operation – I quickly developed a keen work ethic and the ability to fix problems with limited resources. That’s where my passion for challenging projects first began.”
